      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support Strategic Planning Leadership to identify growth opportunities through independent-led research and analysis
      - Inform strategy and business development through qualitative and quantitative market assessments
      - Develop presentations that effectively communicate research and strategic initiatives for an executive audience
      - Act as a key liaison for research requests between clinical leaders and hospital executives
      - Lead data and reporting initiatives for the Strategic Planning Division, completing ad hoc requests for reports and analyses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
      - One (1) year of experience in research projects, internships, or coursework related to strategy, healthcare, data analysis, or business intelligence
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
