Job Description

- Lead a team in developing innovative ideas, approaches and final work product
- Act as a catalyst to the brand team in seeking out new ways to add value to the brand and in identifying future opportunities
- Take on overall responsibility for understanding consumer issues, leveraging insights, writing briefs and conducting briefings on multiple brands
- Forge strong relationships with high-level marketing clients
- Create big ideas and puts them into action and practice for clients
- Pioneer and utilize new research methods
- Contribute to agency new business pitches
- Responsible for overseeing junior team members
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience; must have agency experience

· FCB has adopted a hybrid working environment. It is required for employees to be in office Tuesday-Thursday and can work from home Monday and Friday
