      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead projects from initiation to completion, including defining scope, goals, and creating detailed project plans
      - Collaborate with multiple teams such as Product, Legal, Compliance, and Data Science to align on goals
      - Support the examination process with regulators from initial inquiries to management action plans
      - Enhance consistency and improvement in processes and tools for the team and partners
      - Maintain relationships with state and federal regulators and manage regulatory requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of project or program management experience
      - Experience in the financial services industry
      - Proven experience leading project teams
      - Ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks to completion
      - Familiarity with program management tools

      - Experience building successful large-scale programs
      - Highly organized with excellent time management skills
