What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and contact new prospects to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Maintain a high volume of cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients
- Collaborate with account executives to build and refine the outbound playbook
- Organize and structure sales processes to ensure effective pipeline generation
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of complex and consultative sales methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2+ years of experience in a pipeline generation role or similar process-oriented position
- Proven track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively prospect new accounts using established outbound tactics
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer orientation
