We are seeking talented and motivated computer science majors to join our Strategic Solutions team for a rewarding summer internship opportunity. As an intern reporting to the Director of our Data & AI Center of Excellence, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience in developing and implementing innovative IT solutions for our clients. Our team is actively developing a Generative AI and semantic search platform to help our fellow employees discover information about projects and experience across ECS. Through this internship, you will contribute hands-on to the development, testing, security, and deployment of this platform as a member of the project team. You will also gain exposure and insights into how our company pursues, wins, and delivers new projects to our Federal customers.

Required Skills:

• Beginner level software development in Python, React, Javascript, or other modern development languages/frameworks.
• Coursework and projects in computer science and data structures.
• Pursuing college degree.

• Basic understanding of prompt engineering and generative AI.
• Basic understanding of Agile development practices.
