- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud infrastructure/hardware projects, from initial concept and prototyping to full-scale deployment across OCI data centers.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize cloud hardware deployment strategies.
- Drive cross-functional cloud infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, supply chain, and executive teams.
- Own Shape NPI for cloud infrastructure hardware, managing the full lifecycle from design and validation to production and deployment.
- Develop and execute NPI strategies that ensure seamless integration of new compute, storage, and networking hardware into OCI’s infrastructure.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering, data center operations, and supply chain teams to accelerate hardware validation and deployment.
- Lead high-complexity, cross-functional projects under strict cloud infrastructure deployment timelines.
- Establish clear project goals, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring effective execution and alignment with OCI’s growth strategy.
- Facilitate regular executive reviews, team meetings, and cross-functional planning sessions to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor performance KPIs for cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and operational impact.
- Develop standardized processes and automation strategies to improve infrastructure launch speed and efficiency.
- Act as a key interface between OCI leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution alignment.
- Provide regular updates on cloud infrastructure project status, risks, and key milestones.
- Prepare and present comprehensive infrastructure deployment reports, post-mortem reviews, and strategic insights.
- Write and maintain executive-level documentation and presentations, translating project data into actionable insights.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related technical field.
- Professional Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
- Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, Lean methodologies are a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, hardware product development, or large-scale infrastructure operations.
- Proven track record in New Product Introduction (NPI) for cloud infrastructure hardware, successfully delivering hardware from concept through full-scale data center deployment.
- Expertise in cloud hardware validation, manufacturing, and supply chain integration.
- Ability to manage high-complexity, cross-functional cloud infrastructure projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to drive cloud infrastructure scalability, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive level stakeholders.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports, strategy documents, and program reviews.
Overview
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and results-driven professional to support our senior leadership team in driving cloud infrastructure expansion and innovation.
As a strategist, consultant, and implementer, this individual will play a key role in overseeing cloud hardware and Shape NPI (New Product Introduction)—managing the end-to-end development of new cloud infrastructure hardware, from concept to global data center deployment. The ideal candidate will lead high-complexity, cross-functional business initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of cloud infrastructure projects that scale Oracle’s cloud footprint.
This role requires a deep understanding of cloud hardware development, data center operations, supply chain integration, and large-scale infrastructure deployments. The successful candidate will be responsible for program management, execution strategy, and operational excellence, collaborating with executives to optimize OCI’s efficiency, productivity, and scalability.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $104,100 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
