- Lead collaborative efforts to generate enterprise-wide strategies
- Research and employ innovative design practices
- Establish outcome metrics for short, medium and long terms
- Partner with colleagues to clarify organizational strategies and align to outcomes
- Create and maintain cross-functional networks

- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or commerce and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); related certification is an asset
- In-depth understanding of strategy development best practices
- Expertise in strategic development to meet business needs
- Knowledge of agriculture or financial services industries

You will support senior leaders in enterprise-wide annual strategic planning to establish and validate FCC’s strategic direction. Corporate governance and strategic planning expertise required.
