      We are the Orlando International Airport! The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) operates OIA and the Orlando Executive Airport.       POSITION SUMMARY:

      Assist with the development, implementation, and oversight of projects and designs to provide a seamless and efficient passenger journey for each customer touchpoint. Support the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority’s customer efforts to promote and enhance customer experience and exceed the expectations of our guests.

      MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

      • Bachelor Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Data Analytics, or related field, and two (2) years of experience in a customer-centric role, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
      • Clearly articulates ideas verbally and visually.
      • Experience creating and working with design guidelines.
      • Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking skills with a user-centered focus.
      • Ability to work across multiple projects and shifting priorities
      • Pays attention to accuracy and detail while able to think systematically
      • Possesses outstanding organizational skills.
      • Ability to effectively analyze data to determine areas of success and opportunity and trends.
      • Knowledge of airport and Authority’s structure, goals, and objectives.
      • A team player who easily builds relationships with internal and external customers.
      • Must always represent the Authority in a professional and courteous manner.
      • Valid Florida driver’s license
