- Bachelor Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Data Analytics, or related field, and two (2) years of experience in a customer-centric role, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Clearly articulates ideas verbally and visually.
- Experience creating and working with design guidelines.
- Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking skills with a user-centered focus.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Pays attention to accuracy and detail while able to think systematically
- Possesses outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively analyze data to determine areas of success and opportunity and trends.
- Knowledge of airport and Authority’s structure, goals, and objectives.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist with the development, implementation, and oversight of projects and designs to provide a seamless and efficient passenger journey for each customer touchpoint. Support the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority’s customer efforts to promote and enhance customer experience and exceed the expectations of our guests.
