As a Strategy Analyst, you will work support our broader Design team, architects (business, process, technology and data) and subject matter experts to translate our strategy into a working set of target state documents (including service blueprints, target operating model and capability models). You will assess its alignment to our strategy, balanced with its market competitiveness and return on investments. To bring the target state documents to life, you will support the stakeholder engagement process to obtain required approvals and embed it into delivery.

As we operate in a changing environment, our strategy and target state will be subject to periodic reviews. You will support the ongoing review and assessment of our strategy in light of market conditions, customer and industry trends, and its appropriateness within the broader context of ANZ’s group strategic goals. These documents will commonly be requested and/or shared with our Executive Committee, ANZ Board, and across divisions.
