The Strategy Analyst works with minimal supervision, schedules and prioritizes the work assigned to them and is responsible for completing assignments as part of larger initiatives and/or for conducting routine to moderately complex strategic or operational initiatives, which are small to medium in scope. This includes:• Supporting multi-year strategic planning and clinical service planning• Supporting annual corporate priorities and objectives setting• Supporting implementation of strategic and operational initiatives inclusive of:o Project Managemento Change Managemento Business Case Developmento Requests for FundingWhat We are Looking For...• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences or related field is required• 1-3 years of experience in project management• Knowledge of the healthcare system. Experience working in a complex, public sector organization or healthcare institution considered an asset.• Ability to anticipate, plan, prioritize, organize and follow up on multiple tasks and projects• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation and report writing skills• Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve• Demonstrated project management skills• Proven ability to work in teams and build positive working relationships• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)What Will Grab Our Attention...Working with the Director and Senior Business Managers, the Strategy Analyst:• Supports Senior Business Managers in all phases of project management for initiatives from initiation to close out, including:o Development and monitoring of statement of work or project charters, work planso Development of risk and issue mitigationo Development of project closure documentso Leading work streams within initiative implementation (e.g. leading an aspect of the initiative implementation activity such as development of an evaluation strategy with support of Senior Business Manager and in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts)o Support in execution of project deliverables as appropriate and assigned• Coordinates and supports process redesign activities, including workflow mapping, options analysis, and gap analysis• Gathers, analyzes and interprets clinical and financial data and information to support problem-solving and decision-making• Assists in development of business cases and funding proposals• Develops SBARs, briefing materials (notes, decks, etc)• Supports annual priority setting processes• Supports development of regular strategic plan reports• Interacts with and prepares for meetings with internal and external partners to facilitate implementation (e.g. Subject Matter Experts, Communications, Finance, Risk, etc)• Other similar duties as requiredPLEASE NOTE:
