      Strategy Analyst

      Job Description Summary

      This unique role will be focused on delivering real estate and business advisory services to some of the world’s most innovative companies. The advisory work delivered by this talented analyst will have a meaningful impact on key clients and will include location strategy, incentives procurement, portfolio intelligence, and human capital advisory.

      As part of a high-performing team, this individual will deliver best-in-class real estate and operational solutions. This client-facing role will play a vital part in managing multiple priorities including research and analysis, financial modeling, and business case analysis.       Job Description

      Responsibilities

      · Prepare complex market analysis for a broad range of real estate strategic initiatives.

      · Create scenario models illustrating holistic business impact of location decisions (real estate, current and future talent, tax/regulatory landscape, and other operating considerations).

      · Develop comprehensive slide decks, memorandums, etc. summarizing the financial impact of various operational and real estate scenarios.

      · Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.

      · Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, labor and real estate market data to support complicated location analysis engagements

      · Simultaneously manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

      · Developing KPI’s, metrics and reporting processes for clients, including creating and maintaining dashboards.

      · Act as project manager for client initiatives and deliverables.

      Qualifications

      · Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance or related field preferred).

      · 2+ years of management consulting, finance, real estate, or equivalent experience in an innovative environment.

      · Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling experience.

      · Experience working with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI to digest, summarize and present large data sets for executive level presentations.

      · Highly effective problem solving and analytical skills (gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing complex qualitative data as well as experience building business processes).

      · Outstanding client facing skills and strong intellectual curiosity.

      · Experience in a client-serving environment and/or working on consulting teams is a plus.

      · Ability to proactively manage multiple commitments and tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.

      · Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

      The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


      The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


      The compensation for the position is: $63,750.00 - $75,000.00
