Strategy and Integration Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy and Integration Director to join our office preferably in Schaffhausen (CH) or optionally in London (UK). This pivotal role involves spearheading and overseeing cross-functional global integration initiatives, particularly focusing on M&A integration and growth strategies for high-impact acquisitions. As a key business-facing position, you'll play a critical role in guiding acquired businesses through transformative phases, shaping their trajectories, and driving above-market growth opportunities.

What will your average day look like?

• You will lead strategic planning and execution for acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration for rapid, impactful growth.
• Your role involves establishing global governance structures, monitoring progress, and proactively mitigating risks throughout the integration process.
• Driving accelerated product transfer and integration will be in your purview, optimizing development and market readiness.
• Collaborating closely with sales teams, you'll maximize product penetration across all channels.
• Your expertise will refine integration playbooks, leveraging industry-leading practices across diverse workstreams.
• You'll foster valuable business relationships, guiding the development of people, processes, and cutting-edge technology.

What do we need from you?

• You have 7+ years of dynamic experience in Strategy, Operations, and Integration.
• Your proven track record includes at least 3 years in M&A Integration, preferably within esteemed management consulting firms.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is a plus
• Your skill set encompasses exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
