      The impact you will have in this role:

      Being a member of the Clearing & Securities Services Strategy & Market Solutions team, the Associate Director, Strategy and Market Solutions, is a critical role that will work cross-functionally to identify market opportunities, develop strategic plans, and deliver innovative solutions that align with DTCC's mission to protect and advance the global financial markets. The role also supports enterprise planning, critical communications, and cross-functional execution of high-impact initiatives.

      Your Primary Responsibilities:

      • Assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to inform DTCC’s product and service roadmap.
      • Collaborate with internal partners (Product Management, Risk, Technology, Legal, and Operations) to develop and implement market solutions.
      • Drive the development of business cases for new initiatives, including financial modeling, risk analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
      • Support executive decision-making through the preparation of presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
      • Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to assess their impact on DTCC’s strategic direction.
      • Gather insights from client working groups and incorporate them into planning and solution design.
      • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment with enterprise goals and timelines.
      • Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and enterprise goal-setting processes.
      • Partner with Talent and Finance teams to align initiatives with organizational capabilities and resource planning.
      • Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
      • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

      Talents Needed for Success:

      • Degrees in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
      • Relevant experience in strategy, consulting, financial services, or a related field.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience working with senior leadership.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
      The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
