Reports to: Executive Vice President, Strategy & Operations

      Company Description

SpecialtyRx is a leading Long-Term Care pharmacy providing high-quality pharmaceutical services to long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. At SpecialtyRx, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients and providers. We are committed to creating a work environment where teamwork, integrity, and a shared passion for quality service are at the heart of everything we do.

      About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and high-capacity Strategy & Business Operations Associate to join our fast-growing company. This role is ideal for someone who has spent 2–3 years at a top-tier consulting firm and is looking to build on their skills to drive real impact in a fast-moving, operational business.

You will work directly with senior leaders — including the CEO — to analyze complex data, develop business cases, and drive strategic initiatives. This role blends analytical horsepower, executive communications, and a strong operator’s mindset.

      Responsibilities

      • Work directly with the executive team to support high-priority strategic and operational projects.
      • Analyze data across functions to identify opportunities, surface insights, and build compelling business cases.
      • Prepare executive-ready presentations, financial models, and materials to drive alignment and decision-making.
      • Build dashboards and performance tracking tools that help leaders manage key initiatives.
      • Lead or support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and follow-through.
      • Act as a thought partner to senior leaders on topics ranging from cost optimization to new growth opportunities.
      • Bring structure and rigor to ambiguous problems.

      Qualifications

      • 2–3 years at a top consulting firm or equivalent strategic/analytical experience.
      • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and comfort with large datasets.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication — able to present clearly and persuasively to senior audiences.
      • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
      • High business acumen with the ability to understand and challenge assumptions.
      • [Optional but ideal] Experience in healthcare, logistics, or other operationally complex industries.

      Why Join Us

      • Impact at Scale: You'll step into a high-growth environment with real operational complexity and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
      • Executive Access: Work side-by-side with executive leadership. You'll have a seat at the table and visibility into strategic decisions across the company.
      • High-Velocity Growth: We’re rapidly expanding across 10+ geographies with national scale in sight. You'll help shape the roadmap as we scale operations, optimize performance, and enter new markets.
      • Accelerated Career Path: This role is a launchpad. Whether you want to grow into a senior strategy, operations, or general management role, you will get the exposure, experience, and mentorship to make it happen.
      • Mission-Driven, Operationally Real: We tackle complex, real-world problems every day. If you’re motivated by solving hard problems with the end goal of improving patient and provider experience, you are at the right place.

      Compensation estimate: $90K-$110K
