Experience in strategy either through a strategy consultancy or as part of the in-house strategy team at a corporate
Salary circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

Strategy Associate - Salary of Circa £60,000
Aviva are currently looking for a Strategy Associate to join the business on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience with strategy work and wants to do more of it. This role will suit someone who wants to make an impact at the highest levels of a leading FTSE-100 financial services business and enjoys working at a fast pace.Candidates who love solving challenging problems, can communicate with impact and take pride in the quality of their work will excel in this role.
A bit about the job:
Aviva is a leading insurer listed on the London Stock Exchange and part of the FTSE 100; it occupies leading positions in the UK, Ireland, and Canadian markets, as well as being a major asset manager via Aviva Investors. The Strategy team supports the Group CEO, Group ExCo and plc Board in developing and refining Aviva’s Group Strategy.
The Strategy Associate is a key role in the Aviva Strategy team, responsible for driving the underlying analysis behind the team’s strategic insights and recommendations as well as running workstreams on strategy projects. The role delivers value to Aviva by enabling high-quality management decision-making at the highest levels.
Aviva operates a “smart working” policy. This role will be expected to spend approximately three days per week working in an office, with this role based in London.
