- Play a central role in strategy discussions through:
- Developing point of views
- Challenging conventional thinking
- Decomposing strategic issues
- Developing hypotheses and problem hierarchies
- Bringing in innovative approaches to new solutions
- Lead and maintain our strategy operationalisation framework and do structured tracking and follow-up across functions and regions.
- Initiate, scope, develop and deliver on strategic projects which create visible impact.
- Deliver executive material such as decision proposals, board material etc. with precision and of high quality.
- Create positive sentiment and followership with the organisation around strategy, transformation, and culture, and become a go-to-person for strategic advice.
- Contribute to making the company and the team a success, by taking a direct role in implementing the development agenda.
- Design, create and facilitate engaging and impactful touch points with the organization, executive management, and the board of directors; from material to meeting execution.
- Contribute to strengthening the strategy team.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
- A master’s degree in Strategy or Business Administration, Economics, Innovation Management, Technology & Entrepreneurship.
- Experience in effectively advising senior management.
- A solid strategy and problem-solving toolbox.
- Experience from a consumer-oriented company (big tech or luxury.)
- Strong analytical thought processes mastering quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- The ability to easily turn complex data into meaningful insights.
- Leading and collaborating qualities – who can engage and create followership by inspiring and by taking lead and infusing energy.
- Creative and growth mindset driven by innovative or entrepreneurial curiosity – able to bridge innovation disciplines with business strategy.

Key responsibilities
As our new Strategy Consultant, you will join our growing strategy team based at our Lyngby offices. You will contribute to the transformation of the company by taking a leading role in strategy design, formulation, and execution.Understanding the strategic framework, you will be a sparring partner to corporate functions and regional markets at the executive level. Having a problem solver mind-set, you will be able to find solutions to complex obstacles and design a route forward using quantitative and qualitive data.

Most importantly, you have experience in strategy roles, either in-house or from a management consultancy. Ideally, you hold professional experience in a tech-related field or in the luxury industry. Also, you are someone who continuously brings novel perspectives, methodologies, and ways of working to the table, bridging technology, entrepreneurship and business strategy.
