- Currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated Industrial Engineer knowledge and/or experience.
- Demonstrated Factory or lab layout/space coordination knowledge and/or experience.
- Experience developing code and/or scripts in a structured approach are highly desired.
- Experience working with multiple concurrent customers and/or external stakeholders.
- Six Sigma training and/or certification and Lean Principles to conduct direct observations, perform time studies, improve processes and flows, eliminate wastes/inefficiencies, and data analysis.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and layout-space planning
- Experience or knowledge in Software Quality Assurance
- Experience in Process Flow Design / Optimization

CQN Stress Labs Engineering and Operations Lab (SEO) Industrial Engineers plan plant, lab production facilities and equipment layouts, determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of lab facilities and personnel. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.
