      Position Overview:
      We are seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level to Senior Structural Engineer with a strong technical background and leadership potential to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural analysis and design, project management, and client interaction. You'll be working on a variety of exciting projects in a fast-paced yet supportive environment that values professional development and work-life balance.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure using industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, RAM).
      • Prepare and review construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.
      • Lead or assist in the management of projects from concept through construction.
      • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure high-quality design delivery.
      • Conduct site visits, inspections, and respond to RFIs during construction.
      • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal technical knowledge sharing.
      Qualifications:
      • B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering (M.S. preferred).
      • 5-10 years of structural engineering experience.
      • Professional Engineer (PE) license in California required; SE license is a plus.
      • Proficiency with structural design and modeling software.
      • Strong knowledge of building codes (IBC, CBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC).
      • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
