Structural engineering design, leading a team of engineers in completing various building design and retrofit projects.
Collaborate with other design disciplines while working directly with our clients (owners, school districts, municipalities, developers, etc.) to create places that have a lasting positive impact on your community.
Plan, monitor and coordinate the work of structural engineering project teams.
Oversee project Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
Help to develop and maintain a stable, motivated high-performing team.
Actively mentor team members to provide them with the vision necessary for their professional and personal growth.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in structural or architectural engineering.
Structural Engineering (SE) license required.
10 or more years of technical design experience.
Experience using ETABS, SAP, SAFE, RAM and RISA, and other common structural design and analysis tools.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative environments.
Commitment to work as an integrated design team member.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $180,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.
