- Perform multi-pass, all-position fillet and butt welds using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GMAW-P processes.
- Work efficiently in physically demanding environments such as shipboard, sub-assemblies, and staging areas.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations pertinent to the shipbuilding industry.
- Utilize air carbon arc gouging techniques and properly use fillet and butt weld gauges.
- Pass all position, multi-pass butt weld welder qualification tests according to MIL-STD-248D standards.
- Proficiency in GMAW, FCAW, and GMAW-P welding processes.
- Experience in physically demanding environments and working with shipboard sub-assemblies.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations for shipbuilding.
- Skill in air carbon arc gouging.
- Ability to use fillet and butt weld gauges accurately.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Welder with expertise in Pulse Arc welding techniques to join our team. This role requires a minimum of four years of experience in naval shipyard environments, specializing in various welding processes including Pulse Arc Welding (GMAW-P), Stick Welding (SMAW), MIG Welding (GMAW), and Flux-Core Welding.
