- Read blueprints and drawings to plan layout and procedures.
- Determine appropriate welding equipment or methods based on project requirements.
- Set up components for welding by cutting materials to match measurements.
- Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
- Align and clamp components securely using calipers and rulers.
- Weld components in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead.
- Test and inspect welds to identify and correct flaws.
- Maintain welding equipment in safe working condition.
- Proficiency in MIG and Flux welding techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures accurately.
- Knowledge of setting ampage/voltage on welding machines.
- Ability to weld in the 3G (vertical) position.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in production welding.
- Experience in fabrication and welding production environments.

Job Description:
Join our team as a Structural Welder, where your expertise will be essential in crafting high-quality structures. We are looking for professionals who are proficient in MIG and Flux welding, can read blueprints, and accurately use tape measures. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
