      POSITION SUMMARY

      KKR is seeking an experienced investment professional at the Principal level to join its CLO Structuring and Capital Markets team.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      Specific responsibilities include:

      • Assist senior CLO team members with CLO issuance activities (for US and EU platforms)
      • Participate in negotiations with transaction counterparties
      • Analyze existing CLOs for potential capital market events
      • Assist communication with rating agencies on modeling and transaction execution
      • Support Product teams with CLO investor management and other client deliverables, including DDQs, RFPs, manager commentaries, etc., in a timely manner

      QUALIFICATIONS

      The ideal candidate will bring 6 or more years of CLO structuring experience to the role. In addition, they will meet the following criteria:

      • Proficiency in Intex Calc
      • Demonstrated knowledge of CLO documentation
      • Strong experience in modeling CLOs in Excel
      • Solid investing acumen and intuition of risk and relative value

      • Team player that enjoys working in a collaborative and collegial environment with the desire to learn
      • Experience working on large dynamic, teams in a fast-paced and pressurized environment

      This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
      Base Salary Range
      $175,000 $225,000 USD
