      A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is actively seeking a skilled Structured Finance Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience specializing in structured finance transactions and securitizations. The successful candidate will contribute to the firm's reputation by providing expert legal counsel, conducting due diligence, and facilitating complex financial transactions.

      Duties:

      • Draft and review legal documentation associated with structured finance transactions, including but not limited to loan agreements, security agreements, and offering memoranda.
      • Offer legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on the structuring and execution of intricate financial transactions.
      • Conduct thorough due diligence on financial transactions to identify legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
      • Collaborate with legal teams and other professionals to formulate and implement effective legal strategies.
      • Stay current with legal developments and industry trends in the realm of structured finance.

      Requirements:

      • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
      • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
      • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations.

      Certifications:

      • California State Bar admission.

      Skills:

      • Comprehensive understanding of structured finance concepts and transactions.
      • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
      • Proficiency in legal software and research tools.

      Education:

      • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
