- Draft and review legal documentation associated with structured finance transactions, including but not limited to loan agreements, security agreements, and offering memoranda.
- Offer legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on the structuring and execution of intricate financial transactions.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on financial transactions to identify legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with legal teams and other professionals to formulate and implement effective legal strategies.
- Stay current with legal developments and industry trends in the realm of structured finance.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations.
- California State Bar admission.
- Comprehensive understanding of structured finance concepts and transactions.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and research tools.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
