      We are Lockheed Martin

      Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in seeking a full-time Airframe Structures Design Engineer for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) in Marietta, Georgia. A successful candidate will apply technical expertise in developing solutions to aircraft structural design problems. Responsibilities for this position may include:
      - Creation and/or modification of primary and secondary structural parts, assemblies, installations, and interface control models/documents.
      - Contributing to developing, testing, and validating aircraft structural designs.
      - Assisting in creating system requirements, trade studies, statements of work, and test plans.
      - Coordination with internal Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), with some interaction with external IPTs and suppliers.

      Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

      This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta. - Bachelor's degree in an engineering technical discipline such as Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical
      - Experience with 3DX, CATIA, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Creo, Unigraphics, NX, or equivalent 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool
      - Experience with structural design - Experience with 3DX or CATIA V5
      - Experience with metallic and composite design
      - Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
