      Req#: 7657
      Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
      • Coordinate activities on and near campus by coordinating with vendors and ensuring that procurement processes are followed for vendor contracting.

      • Coordinate with housekeeping, facilities, and security for day, evening, and/or weekend events.

      • Serve as a member of the Student Government Association and travel with the Student Government representatives of FTCC to off campus meetings and events. This requires necessary driver’s license endorsements.

      • Process paperwork for work-study students.

      • Assist in maintaining records for the game room, Success Closet, Food Pantry, and student activities/SGA.

      • Prepare and disseminate routine announcements and correspondence to students, faculty, and staff.

      • Maintain an open exchange with the Director of Student Activities and other campus personnel.

      • Train students in the function of the student game room and other student activity locations.

      • Be responsive to emails and voicemails from Clubs and Organizations, faculty, staff, the local community, and students.

      • Maintain and monitor website and social media accounts for accurate and up-to-date information.

      • Assist in planning lists of items to purchase online or personally go to businesses to purchase items with the FTCC P-Card. Also, aid in completing the P-Card transaction through online bank.

      • Perform related duties as assigned.
