Job Description
- Req#: req32105
- Assist with wireless access point provisioning, replacement, and troubleshooting.
- Meet with students, faculty, and staff to troubleshoot single user wireless connectivity issues.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Transporting inventory from IT Finance -front office to storage area.
- Taking inventory count in the storage room.
- Simple organization of inventory in the storage room.
- Determine AP locations onsite and update maps in Airwave.
- Keeping wireless documentation up to date.
- Adding on tasks to Cherwell/HELP orders.
- UNM driving course required for operating UNM owned vehicle.
- Other UNM training required.
- Create change requests and attend CAB meetings under direction for outages or FYI notifications.
- Creating incidents and service requests in Cherwell.
- Other Duties as assigned.
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Valid US License
