What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-line troubleshooting and assistance to campuses, escalating issues when necessary
- Prepare and distribute the weekly “All Things Tuesday” newsletter and support the VP with monthly departmental scorecard updates
- Compile and prepare monthly outcomes reports for Student Affairs meetings, including recognitions and meeting notes
- Monitor and summarize monthly campus activity, including Pathway to Placement reporting
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support various departmental projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Student Affairs or Student Services environment (required)
- Proven ability to handle confidential information and provide excellent communication
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
