      Duties of Position:

      • Answer phones
      • Greet visitors and students
      • Assist students and faculty
      • Assist with bulk mailings
      • Perform other office duties as needed.

      Education Requirements: In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer)

      Experience Requirements: Some general office or customer service experience preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual students are always needed but this is not a requirement of the job.

      Schedule Information: Will determine schedule based on student's availability. Must have some availability to work during the following hours:

      Sunday

      Monday

      8:00am - 4:30pm

      Tuesday

      8:00am - 4:30pm

      Wednesday

      8:00am - 4:30pm

      Thursday

      8:00am - 4:30pm

      Friday

      8:00am - 4:30pm

      Saturday

      Maximum hours per week: 20 hours
