      Job Summary

      The Clerk, Credit and AR is part of a team responsible for overseeing and executing all credit, accounts receivable and financial processes for more than $14 billion in inventory and retail group sales, while minimizing credit risk and loss. The Clerk is responsible for (a) enforcing credit policy, control policies, and business practices, (b) managing customer relationships with integrity and confidentiality, and (c) ensuring effective and timely resolution of issues with internal and external stakeholders. The Clerk will support Credit team with different clerical tasks.

      Section A – Specific Responsibilities

      To give Credit team support with different clerical tasks. To help Credit team with organizing upcoming DC move by supporting archiving of our physical archiving files.

      Section B: General Responsibilities

      To scan and save client files and guarantees. To help Credit team with clerical duties.

      Section C – Job Requirements

      High School degree. Some office experience. Data entry. Ability to help with clerical duties. Bilingual (Business French and Business English).

      Le Commis, Crédit et Comptes Clients fait partie d'une équipe chargée de superviser et d'exécuter tous les processus de crédit, de comptes clients et financiers pour plus de 14 milliards de dollars en stocks et ventes de groupes de détail, tout en minimisant les risques et les pertes de crédit.       Scanner et sauvegarder les dossiers et garanties des clients. Aider l'équipe Crédit avec les tâches administratives.


      Section C – Exigences du Poste
      Diplôme de l'école secondaire. Une certaine expérience de bureau. Saisie de données. Capacité à aider avec les tâches administratives. Bilingue (Français des affaires et Anglais des affaires).

      Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $16.56 - $26.41
