Job Description
Are you a driven and curious talent eager to kickstart your career in business development and outbound activities? Do you want to be part of a team dedicated to expanding Implement Consulting Group’s footprint across Europe and the US, supporting growth initiatives and strategic sales acceleration?
We are looking for 1–2 Student Assistants to join our internal Commercial team, which is part of the Strategy Office.
What you’ll do
The Strategy Office drives various internal strategic initiatives across Implement, and you will support business development efforts while contributing to broader commercial activities.
You will play a central role in growing Implement’s international presence by focusing on outbound sales, lead generation, and supporting acceleration sprints targeting key accounts, new markets, and clients.

On top of that, you must be fluent in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills.
We believe this opportunity is ideal for students entering their second or third year of a bachelor’s degree, or their first year of a master’s degree, after summer 2025.
What we offer
You’ll become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian-based consultancy, working on strategic internal sales initiatives alongside experienced consultants and partners.
You can expect a workload of approximately 20 hours per week. Some weeks may require more, others less, depending on the project and your availability. We value your academic success and will accommodate your schedule and exam periods as best as possible.
