      Req#: 27508

Imagine a future where you fuel your career within science while creating a world that runs entirely on green energy

Join us in this role where you’ll support our laboratory and project managers in unlocking the opportunities of using waste as a fuel in the future.

      Welcome to Renescience

You’ll be part of the Lab & Pilot team where you, together with your colleagues, will support the work conducted in the lab and test facility regarding development projects and operational surveillance of our demonstration plant in the UK. As a team, we play a part in driving the change towards a green future. You’ll grow your talent in a fast-paced and high-growth industry where you have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop through daily challenges and interactions with project managers.

You’ll play an important role in:

      • ensuring that the lab and pilot are up to date and well functional by ordering consumables, chemicals, and equipment, and maintaining the overall condition of the lab and inventory
      • assisting in projects within both the lab and test facility that may lead to technology development and patents in the field of green energy
      • arranging technical and social events for the team and department
      • maintaining information flow by regularly updating our intranet pages and info boards on the physical site.

To succeed in the role, you:

      • are a top student currently in the third year of your bachelor’s degree, or have begun your master’s degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, environmental engineering, or similar
      • have excellent analytical skills and a solid eye for detail
      • are a structured problem-solver with the ability to independently plan your work
      • are agile and flexible in terms of tasks and work environments
      • possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
