      Req#: 54373

Do you want to join a great learning environment, where you can absorb tons of knowledge about quality and the medical device industry? And do you want to gain a lot of responsibility as the key contact between suppliers and Coloplast?

At Coloplast, we are looking for a student assistant to join the Supplier Quality Management team for 15-20 hours per week – with consideration for your studies, of course.

      A diverse and experienced team
Based out of our HQ in Humlebæk, you will be joining 9 dedicated colleagues in the Supplier Quality Management team. We are a great mix of nationalities, seniority and personalities, and our overall aim is to be the channel between our suppliers and Coloplast, ensuring high quality in terms of both cooperation and products.

“In this diverse team, we are pretty great at utilising each other’s talent. And sharing knowledge is a keen part of our DNA,” says Karolina Rose, Head of Supplier Quality Management.

Take ownership of communication with suppliers
As our new student assistant, you will get a wide array of tasks. However, your main responsibility will be to communicate and manage raw material and intermediate specifications to both our suppliers and internal stakeholders. Doing so, you will gain a wide internal and external network.

With a range of ad hoc tasks also coming your way, you will among other things:

      • Support the recurring monitoring of our suppliers
      • Handle and update changes in the data and notifications of our suppliers
      • Represent Coloplast when you interact with suppliers

We imagine that you will work 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility during exam season etc. Some of those hours can also be from home, though we do expect that you will come into the office 1-2 days per week. For now, the position is limited to 1 year – and for the right candidate, we hope to support your further development.

“This is a role with quite a bit of responsibility and just as much opportunity to learn in-depth about our processes and the medical industry. And if you have the right mindset, Coloplast is an amazing place to obtain knowledge within your area of interest,” Karolina continues.

Proactive, curious mindset and technical understanding
With your strong communication skills, you can effortlessly represent Coloplast externally, as well as interact with colleagues, both within your team and cross-functionally. You also have a proactive approach to your tasks, and you bring your own ideas to the table. With your interest in the medical industry combined with a sound level of curiosity, you seek out learning opportunities and enjoy absorbing knowledge from your colleagues.

      Furthermore, we imagine that you:

      • Are in the midst of a relevant university education, preferably life science-related
      • Have an interest in technical data
      • Are detail-oriented, though able to see the bigger picture
      • Speak and write English fluently
      • Know your way around Microsoft Office

      Interested?
If you would like to know more about the position, please call Karolina Rose, Head of Supplier Quality Management at +45 4911 1530. We will take candidates into the recruitment process continuously, so do not hesitate to apply. This position will remain open until a suitable candidate has been found.

Pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. Employing about 14.000 people and with products available in more than 143 countries, we are one of the world´s leading medical device companies. We are constantly growing our business and always looking for new ways to move forward – we explore, learn and look for new ways of doing things.

Coloplast is committed to being an inclusive organization, where people bring their differences to work each day, fulfil their potential and have a strong sense of belonging because – and not despite – of their differences. We therefore encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious belief or physical ability.
