To further support this journey, we are now recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented student assistant to join the Group Strategy and Transformation team. This role will support our transformation efforts to ensure our corporate strategy is executed to deliver business outcomes.

      The role will report to the Head of Corporate Strategy & Transformation, and will be part of a small experienced team, working with stakeholders across all parts of the organization.

      What you will be responsible for

      • Assist across strategy and transformation processes, and other strategic initiatives

      • Support the management reviews including building and maintaining management dashboard

      • Assist in the preparation and organization of leadership meetings and workshops

      • Craft internal strategy communication activities including maintenance of digital platform

      • Collaborate with diverse set of stakeholders across the organization

      What we value (our requirements)

      • Currently enrolled in a relevant education (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar) in your bachelor degree

      • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

      • Great organization and time-management skills to deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment

      • Can-do attitude and a learning mindset

      • Keen interest in strategy, transformation, and organizational change

      • Highly proficient in written and verbal communication skills in business English

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

      • Exposure to collaboration tool like Miro would be a benefit
