- With guidance from the Mubea Help Desk Team, provide first level support for organizational personal computer problems. Help identify root causes, resolve, and monitor all technology support requests in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Track, route and redirect problems to the correct resources.
- Update customer data and produce activity reports.
- Preserve and grow knowledge of service desk procedures, products, and services.
- The ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Respond back to end-users as needed and follow up with them to maintain and improve service delivery.
- Maintain internal service ticket information and properly manage the help desk life-cycle process.
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic IT technical support skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
- Ability to function effectively under time-critical circumstances.
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with ability to effectively communicate with employees who have a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences including the ability to convey technological information in a clear, concise, and understandable way.
- ERP systems knowledge is a plus
- Experience in automotive manufacturing and /or engineering and sales driven business
- Experience working in a Germany based (international) organization
- Bilingual German/Spanish a plus

The Help Desk co-op position will provide level 1 technical support to users in an effective and accurate manner. You will be required to solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned users, under the guidance of the Mubea Help Desk team.
