      The Division of Continuing Studies supports the mission of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the spirit of the Wisconsin Idea by providing access to educational resources to nontraditional students, lifelong learners, and the community.

      Qualifications:

      - Currently enrolled as a student majoring in a relevant field such as data science, sociology, applied linguistics, or a related discipline.
      - Experience with data management, cleaning data, and combining data from a variety of sources
      - Basic knowledge of excel and Qualtrics.
      - Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
      - Ability to manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
      - Creativity and attention to detail.

      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      Assist in Data Analysis:

      - Collaborate with the Climate Committee in reviewing survey data
      - Export data from a variety of Qualtrics surveys
      - Import Data into one tool
      - Ensure all data is formatted in a way to allow comparison of like question responses

      Report Writing:

      - Create graphics that accurately represent survey results
      - Aid in the creation of longitudinal comparison graphics
      - Contribute to the development of a longitudinal report
