      The e2i program is hiring student team members to support live event video production for high-profile events at the Utah County Fair, including the Rodeo, Demolition Derby, Live Music Performances, and Monster Truck Show. This paid position offers hands-on experience in live event broadcast production and is ideal for students interested in camera operation, real-time video switching, titling, and production graphics.

      Applicants must be available during the following dates: Wednesday, July 30 – Saturday, August 2, 2025 for Utah County Fair Events. Please do not apply if you are not available during these events. Training will be provided.
      • Operate live mixing boards for video switching during live event broadcasts
      • Manage titling and on-screen graphics in real time using production software
      • Operate video cameras to capture high-quality footage of live events
      • Frame and follow live action smoothly and responsively based on event flow and production direction
      • Set up and break down production systems, camera gear, and related equipment
      • Monitor audio/video feeds to ensure consistent quality
      • Collaborate with the production team to execute smooth transitions, overlays, camera angles, and titles
      • Respond quickly to direction during live events and adjust as needed
      • Must be a current Utah Valley University student
      • Preferred majors: Digital Media, Film Production, Communications, or related fields
      • Experience with camera operation or live production equipment is a plus
      • Interest in live event production and/or familiarity with production software (e.g., OBS, vMix, etc.)
      • Dependability is essential—must be punctual, reliable, and communicative
      • Comfortable working in fast-paced, real-time environments
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills
      • Must be fully available for the required event dates listed above
