What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer all human resources processes for student help and graduate assistant employment
- Audit and track compliance for HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations
- Manage logistics and resources for recruitment processes and HR activities
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from employees and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Past work experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to maintain discretion and ethical standards while handling confidential information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field
- Experience utilizing HR software, preferably Workday
- Previous work experience in a college or university setting
