Job Description

This is what you'll be doing as our Student Enrolment Advisor

• You will be the first point of contact for our students who are looking to continue their educational journey by responding to their lead-based inquiries through our University Partner’s websites. Via outbound phone calls, email, and web chat (no cold calling!)
• Effectively and autonomously manage the pipeline of students, applying your knowledge to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Utilising your consultative sales skills such as active listening, trust building/relationship development, needs analysis, problem solving and solution creation to provide a guided sales journey for students.

We are looking for great people who share our passion for education and who want to focus on our students, providing them with an amazing experience from the moment they enquire about a program. We are specifically looking for people with:

• Sales Skills: Utilising your skillset and experience to affect sales outcomes and achieve goals.
• Customer Service skills: People who thrive on building relationships with our students and helping them achieve their goals.
• Goal-Driven: Experience working towards KPIs and financial targets, and who share the Keypath values of collaboration, commitment, innovation, and life-long learning.
• You will receive all the training and support required to provide the most accurate, helpful information to our students. We will then trust you to provide the best outcome using your knowledge and experience (you won't be given a rote script on "how to sell university courses"!).

Please note this is a full time position with a standard 38 hour working week. The core work hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm on a rotating roster.
