The Customer Service Supervisor is instrumental in all aspects of front counter student customer service; assist the Associate Director with customer service issues to ensure the highest level of student service combined with strict federal, state and institutional compliance. The Customer Service Supervisor provides daily direction and oversight for financial aid assistants. This position is responsible for a significant portion of daily customer service operations.
Provide student assistance in the areas of financial aid programs and customer service functions. Supervises and schedules duties for Financial Aid Front Counter Staff and Financial Aid Phone Center Staff.
