What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule follow-up appointments for students
- Direct students to the correct department within UHS
- Assist in managing the waiting room and LAB desk
- Support full-time MPA's and supervisor as directed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of written and oral instructions
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Customer service experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical terminology
- Reception desk experience
- Comfortable talking to other students face to face
- Ability to follow protocols
- Make patients feel comfortable upon entering the clinic
