Overview of Position

The Student Ministry Worship and Creative Director will support the vision of the Student Ministry Pastor by building and leading the worship environments that supports the purpose of ARBC Student Ministry. His/Her creative support advances that vision, enhances student programming, and elevates the student’s experience. (40 hrs)

Primary duties and Responsibilities

Lead the Student Worship Ministry (25 hrs/wk)

• • Recruitment of students and leaders
  • Manage service planning through PCO
  • Creating effective worship environments
  • Developing and discipling the next generation of worship leaders
  • Coordinating training/development
  • Be aware and help shape culture in and around the worship team
  • Maintain current equipment. Demonstrate how to take care of equipment to Tech Team and teach how to troubleshoot.
  • Other duties as assigned

Supply Student Ministry Creative Needs (15 hrs/wk)

• Partner with the student team to execute vision for overall programming for services each week including games/hosting/tech/etc.
• Create graphic and video content for social media, programming, and events
• Work with communications team at Austin Ridge to support large events and communication
• Build a team of creatives and develop students who have similar passions
• Help oversee production/graphics/music at our camps, trips, and retreats
• Find creative elements that can help engage students
