- Processing business processes (BPs) accurately
- Be accountable for the accurate and timely processing of incoming member documents in a multi-client/multi-functional environment
- Performing employer / member follow-ups for missing or incomplete documents / information
- Reviewing documentation
- Working co-operatively with peers to ensure team, division and corporate objectives are met
- Supporting common goals and participating in the development of innovative team solutions to issues
- Maintaining an effective working relationship within Member Experience as a whole and with other areas of the OMERS
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
- Interest in the Pension Industry
- Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- High integrity and discretion to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrating sound judgment and diplomacy

You will gain exposure to the department responsible for executing a broad range of Business Processes that deal with the life cycle of a member’s event.Under the direction of the Manager, with support provided by the Member Experience Analyst and Member Experience Lead, you will be accountable for the processing of daily financial and non-financial transactions in a multi-client/multi-functional environment. You will execute business processes using OMERS systems, interact across Member Experience and be a key contributor to the professional services delivery and teamwork environment.
