- Work collaboratively with the Student Recruitment lead, Marketing, Enrollment Services, Dual Enrollment, College Readiness and Workforce Development to gain knowledge of processes and a continued understanding of the product line.
- Visit high schools, organizations, industry, etc., and attend special events in order to represent and promote TSTC. During these visits this position should provide relevant product information and provide enrollment process information. Document all activities, events, contact with prospects and students for activity tracking purposes.
- Coordinate with counselors, teachers, prospective students, industry, agencies, etc., seeking general campus or visitor information including campus tours. Facilitate/lead campus tours at various locations.
- Be adequately informed on campus services (admissions, financial aid, testing, and program requirements) available to new or prospective students, for support of other departments.
- Maintains Colleague, TargetX, Salesforce and other databases relevant to the prospective student follow up process. Including maintaining student records of specified material in accordance with standardized system to ensure compliance with records management, privacy, and office procedures. Track all sales activity to ensure department goals are met.
- Compile internal and external statistical reports on matter related to monthly engagement goals and semester enrollment goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum associates degree in appropriate field from an accredited college or university preferred, or extensive sales experience.
- Sales, customer services, marketing experience in higher education, or related field. Minimum of two years in the workforce. Experience using a CRM is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of higher education and student recruitment practices.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with college faculty and staff, administration, and students.
- Proficiency handling multiple responsibilities and priorities.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong Verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of academic policies and procedures preferred.
- Computer fluency, including administrative software, reporting tools and communication software.

Job Description
This position reports to the designated Student Recruitment lead at each location within the Student Learning division. This position is responsible for outside and/or inside sales activities impacting new student enrollment and specifically application generation. Activities include but are not limited to: high school visits, campus tours, development of marketing strategies, prospective student follow up and coordination of special events and programs such as open houses. Occasional late evenings, weekends, early mornings will be required.Essential Functions
