Requisition ID req31923 Working Title Student Research Office Assistant Pay $16.00 Hourly Campus Health Sciences Center (HSC) - Albuquerque, NM Department CTSC Administration Gen (672B) Employment Type Student Employment Student Type Student Employment Status Non-Exempt Background Check Required No For Best Consideration Date 12/30/2024 Position Summary The Clinical and Translational Science Center (CTSC) seeks a detail oriented, self-motivated Office Assistant to perform reception, clerical and administrative duties, data entry, as well as special projects. This position requires a reliable, organized individual who demonstrates strong initiative, attention to detail and possesses excellent time-management and communication skills. The student will need to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. The CTSC is open during business hours, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
Qualifications:
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
· Ability to organize and maintain a professional work area
· Customer service oriented with phone, people, and front desk skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent data entry skills
· Proactive and action oriented
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Data Entry
· Punctual and reliable
· Someone who is detail-minded.
Some light lifting (up to 25lbs) and light cleaning
· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
