      Short Description

      Notetaker, DRC Testing Center

      Responsibilities

      • Take accurate and concise notes on all components of the class, including lecture, videos, work on the board, etc. Be sure to record all references, assignments, and special notices accurately and in detail and include the course title, instructor name, and date at the top of the document.

      Job Summary

      • Share your notes by taking a clear picture of each page or scanning your notes and uploading them into the Notetaker portal.
      • Upload your notes within 24 hours of the course session.
      • Provide class notes for every class session.
      • If you miss a day of class, it is your responsibility to find notes for that class session from another classmate and upload them to your Notetaker portal.
      • Failure to provide notes will result in termination of position and ineligibility for payment.
      • This position will last the duration of the semester and is contingent on the need of supplemental notes in the class.

      Core Competencies

      • You must be enrolled in the course you are applying to be a notetaker for.
      • To apply, fill out the Note-taker application and click "register to become a notetaker" - follow the directions from there.
