Salary Level HEW 5 + 17% Superannuation
Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
Positive attitude towards work, eager to learn and have a passion to deliver high-quality customer service
Demonstrate empathy and engagement with the ability to quickly build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders
Well-developed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple service channels to achieve timely resolutions in a busy environment

About the role
As Student Service Officer, you will be working in a dynamic, supportive team to provide high quality support and advice to students across RMIT’s Student Connect channels and service points. You will be helping students to explore and understand their options, guiding them through student administrative and support processes to help resolve any issues and enhance their RMIT student experience.
