What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional phone, chat, and email customer service to enrolled students and parents
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver effective student communications with accurate and compelling information
- Serve as a liaison between students, parents, and team members to resolve issues
- Document all student and parent contact for continuity of customer service and data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of professional experience in customer service
- Enthusiastic, confident, and optimistic demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong time management skills for remote work
- Modern tech fluency, including proficiency in MS Office suite and communication platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM tools
- Experience in test preparation, academic support, or admissions
