The Student Success Coordinator supports, coordinates, and implements the district’s attendance and behavior initiatives in conjunction with the administrator, teachers, and support staff. The Student Success Coordinator is responsible for assisting school teams in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans. The SSC will work on executing de-escalation strategies, helping students develop proactive coping tools, and working with teachers to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
Available:
(1) Temporary assignment through June 20, 2024, 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Salary:
Regional Assistance Grant, $30 per hour.
Benefits:
Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance after one full day of employment. Employees shall be subject to the co-payment of health care costs in accordance with state law.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School graduate and 30 college credits preferred.
Experience:
Experience working in an educational agency or youth community program.
