The Opportunity:
At Arden University, we pride ourselves on being true innovators, disruptors and pioneers, our focus is to promote life-long learning and ensure that everyone, everywhere can access higher education. We are currently looking for a Student Success Team Leader to join our Student Experience team.
You will lead, develop and motivate the Student Support Champion team based in our Leeds Study Centre, who provide daily support to our students on a wide range of issues. You will keep staff motivated to meet targets, while providing exceptional levels of service, and act as an escalation point for more complex queries.
You will work proactively in collaboration with colleagues across the business to ensure relevant information, advice and guidance is cascaded to the teams. You will also be analysing data and preparing reports, to ensure that targets and KPIs are met, and business decision are made based on robust data.

About You:
We are looking for someone who has significant experience of leading, developing and motivating teams, ensuring that resources are managed effectively to meet a high quality of customer satisfaction across all inbound channels.
You will be a confident manager getting the best out of your staff, be experienced in dealing with complaints escalation, and have excellent analytical skills for reporting on the impact and value that your team has added. Experience in a contact centre or frontline student service is highly advantageous.
