What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service support to prospective and current students
- Assist students with inquiries regarding admissions, enrollment, and academic programs
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure student needs are met
- Participate in student retention initiatives and outreach programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role within a higher education setting
- Knowledge of student information systems or CRM software
